Loved the private balcony and views, but no hot water was disappointing.

Our room had some serious cleanliness issues. There was trash left behind from the previous guests, including maggots in the trash can, which was utterly disgusting. The bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned either, as I found sand and plastic debris on the floor. Additionally, the kitchen reeked of cigarette smoke, making it unpleasant to stay in. The noise from other rooms was quite disruptive too, as the walls are thin.

The pool is small and lacks sunlight!!! The lack of elevators makes it a hassle for those with mobility issues. Limited facilities, and very few options for dining within the hotel!!! The beach area is often submerged at high tide.

Why it’s almost great (but not quite)

The breathtaking ocean views from the balconies were unforgettable, and the attentive staff were truly dedicated to our comfort and enjoyment.

Managing the many stairs to reach various areas of the hotel was challenging, especially for those less mobile.

The stunning ocean view from our room made our stay unforgettable. We loved relaxing on the private balcony and hearing the soothing sound of waves, especially with our young baby napping nearby. The spacious room also had a kitchen which was super helpful for family meals.

In my wife’s opinion, more dining options for families would be great.

the room was a bit dated, but the view from the balcony was stunning (sunrises were magical! ). the staff were genuinely helpful, bringing us drinks and towels. the restaurant had delicious food and amazing views of the bay.

One aspect I truly enjoyed was the beautiful decoration throughout the hotel, which preserved the essence of classic Mexican style. The access to areas was manageable, making it easier for seniors like myself to navigate comfortably.

More accessible paths for seniors would be helpful.

Spent 8 nights enjoying the spacious Two-Bedroom Suite, which was perfect for our family with children. We loved lounging by the pool and took advantage of the beach access, even though the chairs often belonged to the neighboring hotel. It was a bit noisy with traffic outside, but the sound of the waves was soothing, so bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper! 🌊

Our stay in the Studio Ocean View was delightful, with stunning views and a room that exuded a charming Mexican vibe. The staff, especially Carlos, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, and the daily room cleaning was flawless. However, the lack of a decent on-site restaurant limited our dining options, and we had to venture out for meals.
